Mental Health Awareness Month: Working Together To Break The Stigma

Mental Health Awareness Month

As we embrace the arrival of spring, we also recognise the importance of nurturing our mental well-being. With 1-4 adults affected by mental health struggles across the UK, mental health has never been more prevalent. The 1st- 31st of May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote mental health education and support.

Mental Health Awareness Month serves as a crucial reminder of the prevalence of mental health challenges in our society. From anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, mental health conditions affect individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. By shining a spotlight on mental health, we can foster greater understanding, empathy, and support for those facing mental health challenges.
