Zack is a passionate and incredibly knowledgeable personal trainer who loves to work with and improve the fitness of individuals from different backgrounds and with varying levels of fitness. He loves to see people taking part in his personal training sessions improve across every exercise and complete movements that they never thought they’d be able to.
Openly admitting that he was once massively overweight, Zack uses his own personal experiences to help guide others on their own fitness and weight loss journeys.
Zack has many years’ experience in CrossFit and qualified for the 2020 CrossFit Games. Zack has the commitment, knowledge and desire to train you to be the best you possibly can be.
